Polished Concrete

Some of the benefits of polished concrete:

• Asthetics: When concrete is polished it turns dull grey concrete into a a gleaming, striking work of art. Because every concrete pour is different it makes every floor unique. When you polish the floor it may expose imperferctions in the concrete, which adds to the patena of the floor. Add colour to it and it takes it to another level

• Low lifetime costs: Because concrete already is very durable, when we polish the surface it creates a very low mantainance floor and therefore reduces the cost of constantly striping and waxing to maintain the finish.

• Ambient lighting increases: The finish on the polished concrete increases reflectivity therby enabling you to use less lighting, or lower wattage lighting to give you energy savings

• Environmentally friendly: Using the existing surface elimitating the need to put on another flooring material that may take a lot of energy to produce. Localally available not having to bring in equipment or materials from a long distance away. The only flooring system that can be renewed on site.
